Start your week by setting the right energy for your day! ๐ŸŒŸ How we think ๐Ÿง  has a huge impact on how we feel ๐Ÿ’–, and how we feel impacts everything we doโ€”how we show up, the actions we take, and how we move toward achieving our goals. ๐Ÿš€
Mindset is EVERYTHING! ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ So, give yourself just 5 minutes to boost your energy and get yourself pumped for the week ahead! ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’ฅ
Here are a few quick things you can do to get your energy UP in just 5 minutes:
  1. Dance it out ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ’ƒโ€”Put on your favorite song and move like no oneโ€™s watching!
  2. Power pose ๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™‚๏ธโ€”Stand tall, hands on hips, and feel that confidence surge.
  3. Breathe deeply ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธโ€”Take 10 deep breaths, in through your nose, out through your mouth.
  4. Affirmations ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธโ€”Say out loud, "I am powerful! I am unstoppable! I can do this!"
  5. Gratitude practice ๐Ÿ™โ€”Write down 3 things youโ€™re grateful for this morning.
  6. Stretch or do jumping jacks ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธโ€”Get your body moving, even just for a minute.
  7. Visualize success ๐Ÿ†โ€”Close your eyes and imagine yourself crushing your goals this week.
