What does being spiritual mean to you?
The first time I heard about spirituality I was a wide-eyed teen involved in my local church. I immediately assumed spirituality was aligned with religion, my faith in the Christian god. When you hear the word spirituality, what is the first thing that comes to mind? After 4 decades of life-ing, I have learned through experiences that religion and spirituality are separate and unequal. Let's talk about it.
