Day 2! Fight
Day 2 - A day mainly at a seminar hearing about the future with AI and Robotics in Healthcare! A subject I absolutely love ! Saw some amazing technology.
Kept to my calories, so nice to be eating good food, and food that’s tracked!
Headache, dealing with politics so popped back into the hospital to try sort some stuff out.
Could have easily stopped off at the services and got some chocolate, I didn’t!
I’m a comfort eater so being accountable and motivated by everyone here - the day was a win
