One lesson God has been teaching me lately is this...
Visibility gets people to your door. Community gives them a reason to stay. For a long time, I thought growth meant reaching more people.
Now I realize lasting impact comes from serving the people who are already here. That's why I'm so intentional about building Confidence On Command Lab.
I don't just want another online community.
I want this to be a place where leaders are encouraged, challenged, supported, and transformed.
Here's another thought that's been sitting with me...
Don't just build a bigger audience. Build a better home first.
Because people don't stay where they're impressed.
They stay where they feel seen.
They stay where they grow.
They stay where they belong.
My television show, Confidence On Command Live may be the invitation, but this community is the home and I am so grateful you're here helping build it with me.
💬 Reflection Question:
What makes you stay in a community, organization, or relationship?
What makes it feel like home?
