It doesn’t work that way
Some of y’all are waiting to feel ready…like confidence is something that taps you on the shoulder and says,“Okay, now you can begin.”
It doesn’t work like that.
Confidence is built in motion.In the shaky voice.In the “I don’t know if this is gonna work but I’m doing it anyway.”In showing up before you feel chosen.
Because truth is…you don’t find confidence.
You decide it.
You decide that your voice is worth hearingeven when it trembles.You decide that your presence matterseven when it feels invisible.You decide that you are enoughbefore the world catches up to that truth.
So today, don’t wait to feel different.
Move like you already are.
