Already brought up the question about sanding the flake before clear coat. Just trying to figure out a a better work flow. You know, how after the clear coat on flaked floors there's still some spots where an odd flake will be sticking out and if you walk around with your socks on it will snag... I don't know if the expectation for the finished product is different for all the customers or I should start bringing it up / mentioning, but I've had some people who were asking if it's normal. I do come back and try to just knock some of high spots off ( if there are some ), but even on the floor that looks good and feels good to the touch, if you walk around with just socks on, some prickle will snag here and there. Is there something you do to avoid that ? just curious, maybe it's just getting into my head now too much after having a hard customer, what are your thoughts?
