Question about Timeblocking
I'm working for 4-8 hours a day and have noticed this.
When I was planning my day with google calendar, mapping out each activity block and how much it'll take me to get it done, Parkinson's law kicked in and I didn't get as much done as this second strategy.
I discovered that Sam Ovens works uniquely.
He doesn't plan out time blocks for specific tasks, he writes down tasks in his War Map & then just repeats this cycle.
Find the most important thing to make you progress.
Lock onto it.
Get it done.
Repeat.
Once I started using this my productivity at least 1.5X'd - in terms of input to output.
My question is: How can I find things that keep my business alive and prioritize them?
