Through active imagination, reflection, and practical exercises, you'll begin to recognise the different characters, voices, and motivations that shape your thoughts, decisions, and behaviours.
Rather than trying to fix yourself, you'll learn how to build a more supportive relationship with yourself.
During the workshop you'll:

✨ Explore how these characters attempt to:• Protect you• Provide opportunities• Prevent pain
✨ Discover the strengths, fears, and motivations that drive them
✨ Learn a simple framework for engaging your inner world with greater curiosity and compassion
✨ Begin building your own "Team of Inner Champions"
You'll leave with:
