21 May SIT ACTIVE for the desk workers!
If you already care deeply about your health, move your body, maybe do yoga or Pilates, and yet still finish your workday with pain, stiffness and an nagging concern about what all these hours at a desk are doing to you long term… this workshop is for you.
You may think this will be a deep dive into posture and ergonomics, or that we'll be doing desk exercises or getting up and down every five minutes to stretch.
You've probably tried all that in the past and it didn't work.
That won't be it - We’re going micro.
If you want to avoid the side effects and symptoms of long term sitting for work we need to look at, and work on, the small things we can change so that we can positively influence how your body is coping with the work day.
These are the actions and awareness which are going to shape whether you finish the day feeling energised and supported… or physically flattened by work.
Once you feel them things properly, you genuinely can’t unfeel them, the changes will follow.
