Day Two Discussion Thread: Catch a Forecast
Think of one reaction you keep having — the flush, the shutdown, the reflexive yes. In one or two sentences: name the trigger (the kind of moment that sets it off) and what your brain predicts is about to happen. Then give us your counter-evidence — one recent moment the prediction was wrong or overblown. Finish: "My old forecast says ___. But recently ___."
