412 → 18K FOLLOWERS IN 90 DAYS

Yesterday I spoke to a fellow industry friend who got to 18k followers in 3 months on Instagram and here were 3 key main takeaways that I am incorporating in 2026 on our Social Media accounts 📝:

1) Increase from 1 post a day to 3 posts a day; straight up this was his main recipe for his substantial growth in a short time (Currently posting once a day for my business but it's time to amp up the momentum for both that and my Skool) 📈

2) Implement livestreams once a week or biweekly; I used to think these were stupid especially if you're under 10k followers but we made the connection to the increase of streamer culture and how streamers are the most watched content creators of 2025 --- my friend mentioned that livestreaming is how you build your "religious followers" because they see you LIVE and get updates on what you are currently building and doing. It helps increase the QUALITY of your follower while posting more increases the QUANTITY. A 15-20 min livestream on any topic (how to improve your sales, building your social media following, dealing with obstacle XYZ etc) once a week does wonders. 📹

3) Finally incorporating Manychat. You need that ASAP lol. The whole "comment the word VIRAL and I will DM you ________ etc" system you see people use that automates sales engagement for you. 💬

🤷🏻‍♂️ I honestly have never cared too much about follower count in the past as it's more of a vanity metric but hearing it from someone irl and watching it work, it's evident that what he's doing is working and its time to apply more pressure ourselves. (Follower count just helps as another form of social proofing and increases referral count)

If we all do these CORE 3 things, we will reach the moon in 2026 as an organic channel for both your Skool & other businesses 🚀
