It’s because people treat it like quick money.
They come in thinking:
“I’ll just run loads and figure it out.”
That’s why they burn out.
Trucking is simple… but it’s not easy.
If you want this to actually work, you need:
→ Discipline
→ Structure
→ Patience
The people who win in this industry:
- Run consistent lanes
- Build real broker relationships
- Know their numbers
The ones who fail:
- Chase anything paying today
- Ignore costs
- Have no system
