Vibe Coding Madness this Thursday: if your website, accounts or internet access went down, what would still work? 🌐🔴
Last week's critical PHP security advisory prompted urgent patching, while some government websites were temporarily taken offline as a precaution. That's a reminder to check your protections, especially if you run a WordPress or PHP-powered website.
Those were website-security incidents, not a global internet shutdown. We're using a wider connectivity outage as a what-if scenario to get better prepared.
🛠️ WHAT WE'LL WORK THROUGH
• Website protection: what to ask your hosting provider about PHP, WordPress and plugin updates.
• Account and AI-key security: stronger sign-in, recovery access and keeping secrets out of shared projects.
• Backups: what to save, where to keep it and how to check you can restore it.
• Offline essentials: useful apps, documents, contacts and information to prepare ahead of time.
• Nearby communication without internet: options, range, device requirements and limitations.
📱 BRING YOUR PHONE, LAPTOP AND QUESTIONS
No polished project required. Bring one tool you depend on and ask: what happens if I can't access it tomorrow?
We'll work through practical checks together, with the aim of leaving you with a clearer recovery plan and protection steps you can put in place now.
Keep passwords, recovery codes and API keys private. Nothing sensitive needs to be shared on screen.

Preparedness, not panic. This is preparation for what could happen, not a prediction of an imminent shutdown.
