I First started using this Software in 2017 just for dispatching as I was using QBs online for Estimates and Invoices since the start of ColdSolutions.
loved the automatic notifications and scheduling. Right away reducing all the texting I was doing back and forth with our tech and the customer just to schedule a Service Call.
I moved away from them in 2019 as I was sold into Field Edge, Service Fusion, then Service Titan, Then came back to HouseCall Pro in 2021 and never looked at other softwares again. I came back so I Could easily offer Maintenance Memberships on EVERY service call.
Changing of CRMs is a whole year's worth of Work. DON'T DO IT!
There are many things that HCP Lacks that we can save for another post. However its the most affordable CRM I have found that has a phenomenal customer face experience.
