I need your help

I need guidance. I’m stuck here, months. I have a client waiting on me to bring him leads, and while using everything in my toolkit nothing seems to work. No responses, no leads for him. Just me sending mails, with 10/10 deliverability rate, good offer (using ChatGPT premium with ideas from Alex Hormozi etc). I don’t know if I just need to quit, as I don’t see any results. I’ve used smartlead, clay, Apollo, hunter. Event with pretty specific lead filters, I fail. What’s your insight on this? I just need something that works, and I don’t want to let down my client
