Day 9 — Automate the Repetitive Stuff First
Rule I follow: if I do a task more than 3 times, I automate it.
The tasks worth automating first:
→ Summarizing long docs → NotebookLM or Claude with a template
→ Responding to FAQs → GHL workflow + Claude response node
→ Posting to social → Opus Clip + scheduled publish
→ Writing follow-up emails → GHL sequence with Claude-written copy
→ Weekly reporting → Python script + cron job
You don't need a team. You need a stack that runs while you sleep.
