Retired lawyer, active coffee shop dreamer.
Hello, everyone!!! Im Stephanie, 35yo, originally from Brasil, based now in Norway :) I’ve been working in the industry from the past 5 years as a restaurant manager/Hovmester, and before that I was working in the legal management field as a lawyer (totally different environments, but I still can use some knowledge from that time)
Im very excited to start learning the specifics for a coffee shop now that me and my partner have this idea of opening something on our own <3
