Manychat automation not working
Hello,
I have an automation flow so that when someone uses a trigger word to get more information, I ask for their permission to send them an email containing the information. (freebie) Manychat requires the send message be sent as a private reply before it will let me go live. When I go live to test, the automation triggers, I hit the button giving permission to continue, but the flow stops and never gets to the email collection portion. Instead, I just see the button echoed. This happens on desktop and on my phone. Am I doing it wrong?
