STAR-R Interview Prep Course......
We all know the STAR method is the gold standard for nailing behavioral interview questions (Situation, Task, Action, Result). But if you want to move from "qualified candidate" to "must-hire," it’s time to add an extra R.
What’s the second "R" for? Reflection.
Most candidates stop at the Result. They tell the interviewer what happened and leave it there. By adding Reflection, you show that you aren’t just a "doer"—you’re a thinker and a learner.
