My intro to the team:

Hello my fellow CUSI TEAMMATES

I’m not a young man; however, I’m also not dead yet.

Palm Beach County is my home and I’ve been involved in real estate in one form or another, since returning from up north in 1995. My experience was mainly in the background as a title agent in a Palm Beach law office and, most recently, for the past 16 years as a commercial property cost segregation services vendor.

The real estate salesman side, however, has not been an area I’ve truly focused on. This specific CUSI training is exactly what I will need to develop the necessary winning discipline and skills that will allow me to regain the freedom, respect and true financial independence that I do not completely enjoy today.

When I’m successful, I look forward to the new respect and admiration I will have earned back and once held high but took for granted in my younger life.
