Hiring Dialer (10% Commission - Real Estate Niche)

We're hiring skilled outbound dialers for a real estate offer.

This is a personalized, high-ticket offer — not a generic script. Our deals range from $2,000 to $7,000–$10,000, tailored to each client. Because it's personalized, you won't be cold-blasting the same pitch. You'll be given qualified leads with full information on each one, so every call you make is researched and specific to that person.

What you'll do:

You'll be dialing project owners in the real estate space and booking them onto calls. A dedicated closer handles the actual closing — your job is to have great conversations and book qualified appointments.

What we're looking for:

Strong, confident communication skills
Real experience in sales / outbound
Someone who treats quality over quantity — if you have 5 genuine conversations, you should be able to book at least 1
