We run an advertising agency that books exclusive qualified appointments for US home service contractors (roofing, remodeling, decking) collecting over $25k-$30k/mo. 35% average close rate on shown demos — meaning roughly every 3rd show turns into a paid commission for you.

$200–$1,000 per closed deal
Per-qualified-appointment bonuses
Promotion path: Setter → Hybrid setter and closer → Closer
Full training + proven scripts
Commission-based for roughly the first 3 weeks (based on KPIs), then base pay kicks in

Requirements:

— Fluent English (non-negotiable)

— Available during US business hours

— Prior appointment setting experience preferred
