Day 5 reset challenge
Yesterday I did GOOD!
Went to a child's birthday party and NO party pies for me! I stayed strong and ate the following at the birthday
Carrot sticks with dip
Fresh strawberries and Watermelon (which was delicious)
Cheese (brie)
After the party I went home and made a big chicken salad.
Lastnight I went for a great walk around the lake pumping music.
Feeling motivated!
