Quick tool drop: Wispr Flow.
It's AI voice dictation that works in any text field. Hold a hotkey, talk, and it types clean text exactly where your cursor is. No "ums," no missing punctuation, and it understands when you correct yourself mid-sentence.
Here's why it matters for what we do:
Speaking prompts. The best prompts are detailed, and detail is exactly what nobody wants to type. Talking is 3 to 4 times faster, so you describe what you want the way you'd explain it to a person, in full. Better prompts in, better results out.
Vibe coding. Explain the feature, the bug, the change you want, all out loud. Flow even handles technical terms, and you can add your tool names to its dictionary, so it never misspells them.
Writing anything. Emails, posts, docs, first drafts. Talk the messy version out, edit after.
Works on Mac, Windows, and mobile. Free plan to test, paid is around $12 to $15 a month. Setup takes 5 minutes.
One tip: don't dictate "perfectly." Ramble, backtrack, change your mind. The cleanup is the tool's job.
