I was working with a community memember yesterday and we came a cross a common CC issue. It said no, something couldn’t be done, and didn’t offer another way to do it.
I always tell it to find away. Sometimes I’ll have to tell it that 2-3 times before it gets to the answer.
My advice is NEVER ACCEPT THE FIRST 2-3 NOs - tell it to try another way.
In this case, she’ll save herself 15-20 mins filling out PDFs from client data. By invoking a slash command. Yes, we invested 1.5 hours, but that will be the last time. From now on form filling is on autopilot.
