APL is a professional training community for individuals preparing to become insurance adjusters and for working adjusters who want deeper, real-world instruction. This Lab focuses on how claims are actually handled, not just how to pass a test or follow a script. Training includes Auto and Bodily Injury claims, General Liability (slip and falls, negligent security, assault claims), Carrier and Public Entity claims, including schools and educational institutions. This is not a motivational space. It is a working room for people who want to develop sound judgment, understand exposure, and build defensible case files that withstand mediations, trials, and legal review. I am a Certified Florida CEU Instructor with 28 years of experience with a proven track record. Inside APL, we break down real claim scenarios, explain why decisions are made, and teach professional standards. All discussions are moderated and analysis driven.
