Hey Poetry People! I’m Shalisa Monique but, Shalisa is cool too. Some people call me Lisa but, whatever floats your boat! I’m an upcoming spoken word artist on the south side of Chicago. I’ve been writing and performing since 7th grade. I have a business titled “ShalisaMoniqueSpeaks”. If you would like to see what I’m working with you can search that name on any social media platform. My mission is to transform pain and pressure into peace and prayer through the power of words.
