As a teacher returning to the classroom, this group has been so helpful to focusing myself and setting myself up for success. Adam has been responsive and super encouraging in leading this group! I’m grateful!

I've struggled with isolation as a teacher for many years. For much of my career I was the ONLY music teacher in a small charter district, and though I'm in a larger music education community now, it's still hard to not feel like a bother when I want to bounce ideas off a colleague or get help working on how effective I am at teaching. The collective has been a great place for those kinds of interactions, and Adams lessons have provided a lot of concrete tools to improve my class climate.

As someone who taught university voice performance for 17 years, and who led adult choirs for years, transitioning into teaching middle school choir has been a challenge.
