I don’t use this exact recipe anymore, but I absolutely wanted to start with a large batch of 100.
I have since cut the recipe in half and that’s plenty for me to sell at the coffee shop where I live in Galveston Texas. Sometimes I only dip half of them and then I leave the other half naked in the freezer until I’m ready to use them.
The shelf life is indefinite if they’re in the freezer. If you don’t want to dip them right away store them in an airtight container in your freezer.
