Yoga ❤️ Learning to slow down is a powerful act of self-respect
Happy Monday Everyone.
How are we all feeling today?
Yesterday morning I did my first ever online yoga session with the amazing @yogacarly.
I always thought yoga would be boring for my busy head, but it wasn’t!
It was calming, grounding, and I felt 100x better afterwards.
Admittedly it did take me about 15 minutes to stop fidgeting but after that I was breathing deeper, moving slower, being present, even with the kids were hovering in the doorway asking me why I was laying on the floor!
I’m learning that slowing down is a powerful act of self-respect.
Here’s to making small changes that help our ADHD heads.
Highly recommend tuning in online with @yogacarly.
Best start to a Sunday morning.
Online sessions are on:
Sunday mornings at 0930 (BST)
Wednesday evenings at 1800 (BST)
First class is FREE!
Anyone up for some yogering?
Sunday 3rd August? at 0930 BST
Who fancies joining me? (and Carly, as I have yet to master yoga!) 😆
Let me know in the comments below.
