Perimenopause tried to destroy who I am! - 75 days to show it who’s the Queen!

Today marks the start of something BIG.
I’m committing to the 75 Hard Challenge from 16th September to 30th November.
My chosen way on staying consistent is announcing it to everyone!
Here’s what I’ve signed up for - no excuses!!!!
2 x 45-min workouts daily - one must be outdoors 🚶
Stick to a healthy eating plan - only 1 cheat meal per week 🍽️
3L of water every single day - I will be in the loo A LOT! 🚽
No alcohol – that’s the easy bit as stopped drinking 259 days ago! 🥳
10 pages of nonfiction reading daily – kicking off with Tony Robbins “Awaken the Giant Within”
My decision has been fuelled by the “the life assassin” (perimenopause/menopause) rearing its very much unwanted crappy head and trying to destroy who I am. 😤
Well, I am not having it!! You can do one!
I am fighting back with discipline, strength, and focus. 🥊
Kicked off today with a 48 min /4.2K walk at lunch time.
