Oops, blundered my rook and lost!

I play using a Chessnut board. My fingers accidentally premoved g3. While not bad, it’s nots my typically opening for black but I played it well.
But I saw the rook threat the move before the move his queen to E4 but then I forgot about it and blundered my rook.
Frustrating but the take away is to take my time and considered my opponents reply’s. Play the board!
