FIDE online arena is hard
I read that the rating is usually 300-500 lower than chesscom and so far so true. I'm struggling in a lot of games here against 1400+ opponents. I'm sitting over 400 elo below my chesscom as well
I know some people don't take these titles seriously but for someone like me who can't really access fide events OTB within 5+ hours away it's a good incentive to go for. Theres usually 2 a year 3 hours away from me for crown (2000+) divisions and the other events are in other provinces
I'm mostly going for these titles as a resume boost for coaching. I'm already going on to my second student towards my partnership with chesscom. Also soon fide will allow you to partner with them through having an online rating. I figure the more qualified I am the better
