Played a game and lost it some minutes ago. I feel like chess has become different for me. I'm questioning if I truly need to invest my time with it, just to see some numbers on a screen go up or down. I feel like chess is much more than this. Chess is about something that helps you in real life, since it rewires your brain to better use logic, spatial reasoning and all the other benefits of it. It's also the people we got to know during our journey into this mysterious and fascinating world (of chess). I personally feel like this post will resonate with many of you, and even if it does not, still it'll be a post worth reading. Farewell to a game that has accompanied me for 3.5 years. I had quite a fun ride with chess, to be honest. I hope everyone feels the same about their chess journey.
