Welcome to my chemistry tutoring page! I am so glad you are ready to take the next step in helping your child or yourself as you master the basics of chemistry.
As an experienced chemistry tutor, I have helped numerous students in both high school and college. I am a cardiac nurse that loves educating the next generation through actionable items to get better at science. Science rocks!!
My experience in tutoring began when I actually was tutored in chemistry during high school. I understood the concepts but felt discouraged because I didn't understand anything in class and was doing poorly on exams. During my time at the University of Florida, I excelled in my chemistry classes and was offered positions to tutor for both the UF's Chemistry Department and UF's Athletic Association. These experiences really grew my understanding of how to tailor chemistry to each student.
