German-Mexican-Italian fusion kitchen
Today we wanted to make pizza. But we had no pizza dough. But we had potato dumpling dough (Kartoffelkloßteig).
We also had only a bit tomato left. So we mixed in some texicana salsa.
This is McGuyver fusion cooking 101 😉
PS: It's very delicious.
