Hey coaches — glad you’re here.

I’m Brad. I’m a pastor by day, but a flag football coach for fun. Last season I coached my son’s kindergarten team and we went all the way and won the Super Bowl. With my experience playing college football and leading 100’s of people at a time, I used those skills to build out systems that actually worked: playbooks, practice plans, parent scripts, the whole thing. Stuff that took the guesswork out of coaching and let me focus on what matters — the kids.
