Abandoned Cart using AI and SMS
I saw a YouTube video about using Zapier Central and Bland.ai to recover abandoned carts using Voice AI and SMS.
Is there a way to cut out the phone call part and just have an AI SMS sent? So it would send a discount code, link to cart and answer questions conversationally using AI text?
And something that would work with a store that has multiple products? Thanks
