To avoid overtrading and stay aligned with true market structure, I trade within a defined window and nothing more.For example, in the morning I only take trades from 8:00–10:00 AM. Once that window closes, I stop trading.
Yes, the market will continue to move and liquidity will still be there—but my trading shift is over. I’ve done what I was supposed to do.Even if I didn’t take a trade, I still stayed disciplined. And that discipline alone is a major game-changer for long-term consistency and success.
