Chaotic Self-Maintenance is a community dedicated to finding our best selves, however that looks.
Inside this group, you'll find:
- Mobility assessments you can do on your own, or you can request to do them with me virtually
- Mobility drills to practice gaining strength from the stretches
- Monthly(ish) virtual meetings within the group to have an open forum where you are free to discuss anything that has you stressed this week, free of judgement
- Breathwork and accountability concepts to use in everyday life
