I’m building a curriculum-first approach to youth soccer development
A structured progression, shared language, and real assessment instead of just drills and sessions.
Before I go any further, I’d value honest input from other coaches and directors:
What do you think is genuinely missing in how we develop players today?
Not what’s trendy, what’s actually broken.
If you think nothing is broken, I’d like to hear that too.
