12-Week Retirement Wellness Journal — the guided companion for working through your two focus dimensions over 12 weeks. Built on the same behavior change science we talk about in the videos.
Two reference cards — a plain-language breakdown of the 8 Dimensions and a plain-language guide to the Stages of Change. Both are downloadable PDFs, good to print and keep handy.
