My Week 2 Results
Just completed the second week. In the spirit of transparency, here are the highlights:
My three biggest distractions:
  • Excessive scrolling - Extreme
  • Inconsistent sleep (waking and going to bed too late) - Extreme
  • Too many business priorities - High
I've taken three specific corrective actions:
  • Delete IG from phone
  • Set 3 alarms for a non-negotiable 6:30 am wakeup
  • No mid-day changes of plans (unplanned task-switching)
