Just completed the second week. In the spirit of transparency, here are the highlights:
My three biggest distractions:
- Excessive scrolling - Extreme
- Inconsistent sleep (waking and going to bed too late) - Extreme
- Too many business priorities - High
I've taken three specific corrective actions:
- Delete IG from phone
- Set 3 alarms for a non-negotiable 6:30 am wakeup
- No mid-day changes of plans (unplanned task-switching)
