Building an AI Agency with Founding Engineers
Hey everyone, I’m Sourish, and I want to share the journey of building an AI agency focused on complex, enterprise-grade engineering. We’ve seen a lot of surface-level AI wrappers on the market, so we decided to build a team capable of deep tech integrations and custom infrastructure.
The Engineering Team:
Saurav (Lead Dev): Former founding engineer at alawyer.ai (Austria's fastest-growing legal AI startup, recently raised Series A) and replient.ai (helped grow to $400k ARR). He’s also a top 3% contributor in OSS repos like Twenty CRM and Formbricks, and previously a founding engineer at Buildway.ai .
What We’re Pushing to Production:
We focus on serverless GPU hosting, agentic research, and custom inference to drastically cut costs and improve execution speed.
Polytick.us: Integrated MCP and agentic research to track politician trades dynamically, cutting costs by 10x using serverless GPUs instead of standard APIs.
Northern Arizona University: Selected as the official dev team contractor for their AI automation marketing program.
Tathyagrid.com: Our in-house incubated startup (backed by Google and Nvidia), trusted by 8 law firms, showcasing our depth in legal AI.

IP & Security: You always own 100% of the IP rights, and we enforce total confidentiality with a strict NDA.
Pricing: We price based on completed milestones, starting at $120 USD per small sprint (varies by scope).
