A win for me this year was representing a past client on the highest price per square foot -C line at #OneParkGrove #CoconutGrove. I originally sold the unit pre-construction to my client who I met from a New York Compass agent as a referral. That has been one great thing about being apart of Compass is the referral network.
I have other buyers looking to purchase in the building reach out with any inventory
