What will we accomplish on a call together?
As part of your welcome to the "Connected Educators Community" (CEC), I would love an opportunity to chat for 10-15 minutes with each and all members.
One of my most important roles as the co-founder of the "*Connected* Educators Community" is to *connect* members!
I'll let you in on a secret about why I love being in education...it's because it's a human-centered profession that cannot be done alone. This is coming from someone who is an introvert at heart. And it's the ability for us to *build bridges* with one another that can help us find solutions to our current system.
Give me ten minutes to learn about you, and I will attempt to bridge you with other humans who have a similar focus. Interested in protecting boundaries to prevent burnout? I have folks for you to share your ideas with. Finding joy in the profession? I have people. Working with students with disabilities? I have people. Building partnerships with parents? Check. Navigating leadership? We got 'em.
...and *so many more*.
On my first day of grad school, our professor asked us, "if you walked into a large conference hall, which conversations would you want to be a part of?"
Consider CEC the "large conference room." Now as part of our call, let's narrow it down to find your exact people together, and get you *Connected* in the "Connected Educators Community" with educators who match your speciality and interests!
I will personally create individualized introductions between members, as this community is all about synergy.
