Yesterday, my project was to transfer all my agents to Anthropic's managed agents (AMA). I’ve successfully removed OpenClaw, Hermes, and Zo. The best part is that I don’t need to keep my MacBook running 24/7.

I built Luna HQ in Claude Code. She lives on my Hostinger VPS, runs inside Telegram, and operates three of my businesses every single day. 7 command channels. 9 integrations. 2 AI brains. Persistent memory. 5 AM morning briefs. All mine. I started this build BEFORE Managed Agents dropped. By the time that option was available I was already too deep and too invested to stop. Honestly, glad I kept going. The level of customization I have on my own infrastructure is something a managed platform would have had a hard time giving me. Claude Code made this possible. Doug owns an accounting and tax firm in Florida, and when we jumped on a call and shared screens, we diagnosed his biggest bottleneck live: his lead intake was completely broken. His calendar was showing 2:30 AM slots, there were no follow up automations, and texting compliance was not set up. Within 30 minutes, we fixed his calendar settings, mapped out his full front end automation plan with appointment reminders, pre call pages, and onboarding flow, and built a clear roadmap for what to tackle first. His goal is to automate his own firm, then use that as proof to launch an agency helping other accountants do the same. Simple systems, massive time saved. Bruno is a digital strategist in Brazil managing all social media for a multi location dental clinic. He has been learning Claude Code and building with Paul and Seed, but he was stuck on how to scale beyond trading time for money on site. We broke down his real constraint: he had no data on what his efforts were actually converting into booked appointments. We mapped out a plan to build a proper funnel with a website, CRM, and scheduling, get leverage through analytics, and eventually offer AI booking agents on WhatsApp to local clinics as a scalable remote service.
