Being able to do everything doesn't mean you should.
I understand it. Especially when you're building.
You shoot it.
Edit it.
Post it.
Answer the emails.
Send the invoice.
Talk to the brands.
Handle the calendar.
And then one day you're wondering why you're exhausted and the business isn't growing.
At some point, being the person who does everything becomes the thing holding everything back.
A CEO isn't supposed to have every job.
Your job eventually becomes making sure the right people are doing the right jobs.
