Hey guys, I started a new group from scratch to use as an example of starting from 0 and hopefully building up to 1,000 members in 60 days. Day 1 starts now! I encourage you to join the group and see how mine is set up and what kind of posts I make over the next 60 days. https://www.facebook.com/share/g/19u9yygnA8/ What's next? I'm going to be doing some gorilla marketing by going into other Facebook groups and posting my group in their chat as a resource to track "hot slots". I'm also going to go to other groups and comment on photos of wins suggesting that they post it in the Hot slots group. That should get some initial activity.
Notice how my value proposition is tracking hot slots. Even though slots don't work this way, 99% of gamblers are superstitious to some degree and I can use that to my advantage. Also, as a hobby gambler, it's fun to see what other games people are winning on and might help you pick the next game to play.
When you're deciding on a group name and sub-niche, try and think about what unique value you can provide. A few examples could be:
Pragmatic Players Club - A community for pragmatic slot enthusiasts (This exact niche worked for us on reddit to get 500 members in a community in a few weeks)
3x3 Slot Fans - A community based around people that enjoy playing 3x3 slots (Count me in!)
Best sweepstakes deals - Share SC promo pack deals (High competition but works)
Chat GPT did a good job giving more ideas:
Game-Specific Groups
- Big Bass Fans – A group for players who love the Big Bass slot series from Pragmatic Play.
- Buffalo Slot Watchers – Tracking wins on Buffalo slots across different casinos.
- Sweet Bonanza Chasers – A group for sharing massive tumbles and Sweet Bonanza wins.
Strategy & Tracking Groups
- High RTP Slot Hunters – A group where people share which slots seem to be paying well based on RTP tracking.
- Jackpot Watch – A group tracking must-hit-by jackpot games across various platforms.
- Bonus Buy Addicts – Sharing big hits and best/worst experiences with bonus buys.
Fun & Engaging Themes
- Slots & Superstitions – A fun group for discussing gambling myths, slot rituals, and "lucky" trends.
- Deposit & Pray Club – A humorous, community-driven group where players share their experiences (good or bad).
- Show Me the Money! – A general bragging group for people to flex their biggest slot wins.
Think about what your unique sub-niche or value proposition could be. Good luck and share your group below so we can join it. Tomorrow I will be posting a new resource so stay tuned for that! 😄
