Offer insight that is:

6. Do share your thought process
Explain why you would take a certain approach â this helps everyone learn.
7. Do honor your limits
If a scenario feels heavy or triggering, step back.

We do not use clinical language or make clinical assumptions.
2. Donât give directives
Avoid statements like:

We guide through questions, not commands.
3. Donât offer therapyâlevel interventions
No treatment plans, no trauma processing, no therapeutic techniques.
4. Donât share personal details about someone else
Even if you think itâs harmless â protect their dignity.
5. Donât shame, judge, or correct harshly
This is a learning space, not a performance space.
6. Donât assume authority
Peer Review is collaborative, not hierarchical.
7. Donât post cases that require immediate professional intervention
If a situation involves:
